TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Alton-Brooke Ltd website and the purchase of any goods. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Alton-Brooke Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom and operates under UK law.

1. Products and Fabrics

​

Fabrics are supplied to order and are cut specifically for each client.

As made-to-measure goods, fabric orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.

Colour variations may occur between dye lots. We advise ordering samples prior to purchase.

2. Rugs and Finished Goods

​

Rugs and other finished items may be returnable, provided they are unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

3. Orders and Payment

​

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed trade account terms.

Prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Trade prices are available to approved accounts only.

Lead times are estimates and may vary. Alton-Brooke Ltd accepts no liability for delays beyond our control.

4. Delivery

​

Delivery charges are confirmed at the time of order.

International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes applicable.

5. Returns and Cancellations

​

Fabrics and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production or cutting has commenced.

Finished items (such as rugs) must be inspected upon receipt, and any defects reported within 48 hours.

7. Liability

​

Alton-Brooke Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

8. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
