Shipping Methods

We use reliable national and international courier services for all deliveries.

If you’d like to track your return, please email us and we’ll provide your tracking number once it’s available.
 

• Domestic Deliveries (UK):
  Orders are shipped via our standard courier partners within 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

• International Deliveries:
  International orders are shipped via selected courier services. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
   

Shipping for Fabrics
 

• Fabric orders are carefully rolled, wrapped, and dispatched in secure packaging.

• We recommend that you inspect all fabrics upon arrival and before cutting, as we cannot accept returns once the fabric has been cut or altered.
   

Shipping for Rugs
 

• Rugs are securely wrapped and protected for safe transit.

• Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days, depending on size and courier schedule.

• Some larger or made-to-order rugs may require additional handling time.
   

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• The size and weight of your order

• Delivery location (UK or international)
