Curators of Exceptional Fabrics Since 1988

Houx
- Cabochon takes its name from the polished, rounded gemstones used in 18th- and 19th-century French jewellery and decorative arts, where smooth, sculptural forms symbolised refinement and quiet luxury. This fabric echoes that heritage through its subtle, pebble-like texture and gentle depth, reminiscent of the ornamental surfaces found in historic interiors and objets d’art. Antoine d’Albiousse reimagines this classical inspiration in a contemporary weave, offering a fabric that brings understated elegance and tactile richness to modern spaces.
