REFUND POLICY
 
At Alton-Brooke Ltd, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
Each piece is carefully selected to reflect our commitment to timeless design and exceptional standards.

Should you wish to make a return, we have outlined our policy below to ensure the process is clear and straightforward.

1. Returns for Rugs and Other Products

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return rugs and other eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in perfect condition.

  • All original packaging, labels, and receipts must be included.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by emailing  - sales@alton-brooke.co.uk.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, or arrange an exchange if preferred.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

2. Fabrics – Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

Please note that all fabric orders are final.
Due to the nature of fabric cutting and handling, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any fabric purchases.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@alton-brooke.co.uk, providing your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will review your claim promptly and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items unless they are faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Processing Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm receipt and process your refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for the transaction to appear, depending on your payment provider.
